Accessibility settings not getting saved

I have seen that if you give the accessibility right to apps and when the phone is restarted the setting gets reseted to default after some time. Also I am using the nova launcher because the stock launcher is not worth it. The issue is that not a single widget works other than on the stock launcher. Also struggling with all the Apps that use finger print for login. The fingerprint setting dosent work for any banking or other app. Many a times the proximity sensor dosent work and when the call is on the screen has reached some other app because the screen dosent get locked automatically.
