Problems arose in BlackView 9800 Pro

I purchased a BlackView 9800 Pro phone with manufacturer defects
1- The screen is black on call
2 - Automatic return to factory settings, which delete photos and everything on the mobile device
  
I want a solution to this problem

Sorry for that.
First issue: Try to Go to the dial interface and dial "*#87#" Calibration distance sensing, light sensing, distance calibration.
Second issue: I suggest you return your phone to the seller.

I am having the same issue with the screen going blank on calls. The recalibration mode was no help. What to doooo
