does the phone have automatic update? i saw there is a ROM from 1 Month ago. do i need something like clockwork to flash it? or can i just download it on my phone and go to updates and select it from local ? i don't want to do it wrong thats why im asking i couldn't find a "tutorial"

and is there a way to get the monthly security update for android?

You can download the update data on the phone and select it to install. 
But it does not update frequently.
