I had other waterproof phone some time ago. After You take it out of water, You must give it a time to water come out of the holes, it must try a bit. For me (on the other phone), phone usually got back to normal within 3-6hours. I am talking about mic and speakers. On this phone - not tried yet.

Same like me. Microphone dead. Some times, speaker too. It's distrub when I play game RPG. Because sound on-off-on-off.

Is it still in warranty?

Hello, the rear speaker of my Blackview 9800 Pro also presented a problem. washed with soap and water, then dried. When I went to hear the sound, it didn't come out clean, and it gurgled...., it seemed drowned! After a few hours, it resumed to work as well as before.... Now, however, I'm afraid to dip it back into the water... To you, how's it going now? Did this happen to you after it got wet

Water may have entered the phone because it has been soaked for too long

Hi,
My phone usb-c rubber cover is not closed/fit properly. Is this condition will affect the waterproof system?

Under normal circumstances, it does not affect, as long as you do not soak the phone for too long

That seems to happen to mine as well.  It goes back to normal after I leave it sit on something that absorbs water - towel, paper towel, etc- with no lasting effects.  This should be perfectly normal for any speaker that enters the water and thus it's perfectly normal for this phone.
