Mi phone sens the dame error, all sensor its ok, in the test whit *#87#, thermal image exist , i reinstal the rom. Error persist.

I'm going to hijack this thread, because I have the similiar situation
so far the folowing things have been done to ensure a working thermal camera:

 - update to the available stock rom from https://bbs.blackview.hk/viewtopic.php?f=285&t=532354 with the flashing tools:
 -> SP_Flash_Tool_v5.2028_Win
 -> SP_MDT_exe_v3.1836.00.01-A2018.11.06-v1.0-custom
- update via OTA to new version BV9800Pro_EEA_S65_V1.0_20191113V1
- reset to factory defaults via vol+ and power button before boot
- reset to factory defaults via *#87# and password  
- cleared storage of MyFLIR app
- cleared cache of MyFLIR app
- all app permissions for the app were granted (camera, location, microphone, phone, storage)
- IMEI1, IMEI2 and MEID were restored with tool SNWriter_1924-4.2.0-up-1.2.0-vturkey

In factory testing mode (via dial *#87#) the thermal camera is working (i get a black&white image). The MyFLIR app won't work. A message appears "unable to read camera files" after that the app closes.

So its a normal behavior, that the MyFlir App doesnt work, even after clearing the app Cache? I have attached a video which describes the problem, that no thermal image is generated by the app.

I installed the latest rom from viewtopic.php?f=285&t=532354 and now the MyFlir app won't work.  When I try to start it, it has a dialog that pops up and says "Unable to Read Camera FIles".
I e-mailed support and their response was to "Clear data and restart the app".  I've done that several times and the app still does not work. 
I bout the phone specifically for the Thermal Camera and the app wont' work.  How do I fix it?  What Camera Files is it looking for?
