Low night shot + flash = red color photo

So I notice when I am taking picture in low night with flash (only with flash) . The left side of the picture will be red.. This isnt working.
I have included a picture. The image is blur but the red effect is the same with blur picture or not. Other picture have people in them so can't post here.
