Icon size

I have just received the new Bv9800pro.
So far I've found it great in all respects.
One thing which seems to be missing is the ability to resize the application icons or select a different layout in the display properties.
Is this somewhere obscure or has this feature been removed from this Blackview version of android?
Any help would be appreciated!
