3 finger point screen capture

In BV9600 pro... instead of pressing 2 buttons to do screen capturing, I am able to set a 3 finger screen capturing.. 
But why am i not able to locate this feature in BV9800?

You can set a 3 finger screen capturing in the System somatosensory of Smart Assist.
