HDMI output on BV9800 Pro

Hi,
I would like to know whether the newly released thermal imaging BV9800 Pro phone supports HDMI output to a Monitor / TV. I'm interested in buying and work on a ship where I can only register one device to use the WiFi. I would like to output youtube and other apps to my TV. This is an important feature for me
