I just bought this phone and pulling my hair out cause there's no instructions on flir , secondly there's no myflir app on my phone, then I find the reason why? Need the instructional booklet to scan which by the way is missing so now what do I do besides smash this phone

I did more than 100 times!
Two days I did a factory reset then started to work again but after 2 days it has a faulty again
When I push the app, flir is uploading then the screen is totally black.
I bought this phone in the summer. How long is the warranty?
I sent en email to the service too.
I work with my phone so I need a quick and efficient help please
