To be able to install a offline update, the system is searching for a zip file. The provided file is a .tar.gz so this can not be installed via 
System > Advanced > About phone > Wireless Update > Local updates 
Any tips on how to install this?

I would like to asked and if u could confirm that will or won't get android 10 for our BV9800/pro versions. Almost, a year since the model came up and we stil didn't get any patches, fixes or updates.... Thank u and kind regards

But this forum is for BV9800, NOT for bv9900. Is the Android 10 going to get to BV9800 too?

I´ve just received a update "fixing minor bugs", 500 MB but still Android 9
