BV9800PRO not charging

Hello everyone,
My BV9800PRO, about 5 months old, is no longer charging from either USB or wireless. The phone was charging via wireless on my desk when I noticed it turned on and had stopped charging. I thought the charger had died, but I have tried 3 wireless chargers and 5 USB charges, with no luck.

Any idea what I can try next?

Hello, after checking with the technical department, the device may be is broken and it needs to be repaired, please contact their email directly and talk about this problem to them: support02@blackview.hk.

Try to change original charging cable. It works for me.

I am also having charging issues and do not have the original wire, it wore out early.
Where can I find a wireless charger for BV9800 Pro
