Hello my bv9800 pro doesn't detect sim 2. I insert the sim in slot 2 and nothing happens. In settings this sim slot appears as empty when the sim card is in. SD card has no problem to be detected in this same slot.

Hello where can I get the replacements of the Sim card slot 2. The card slot is damaged. When I insert the sim card, cellphone doesn't detect it. It appears as an empty slot even when the card is in there.

Phone doesn't recognize sim 2 when it is inserted in the respectively slot, (phone shows the slot as empty even when it is inserted). The Sim slot is damaged, pins don't make contact with the Sim card. So this slot needs to be replaced.

Hello, You can try to get the card tray with a thinner double-sided tape and re-insert the card to see if the line does not work. If not, you can only send it back for repair.

Hi. My 9800Pro has just started to ask to insert the SD card. The SD card was already located. I have removed and relocated, restarted multiple times. I have also formated the card but it is still not recognised. Please advise.
