Hello, here is the solution: Long press the thermal imaging apk to clear the memory and cache, all options are allowed when entering, and the location information behind must also be selected to allow

Blackview Admin, this DOES NOT FIX the issue.  What else can be done?

Clearing cache of the MyFlir app doesn't work. Please take a look. at the yt-video.

Can it be used before? Still unavailable? Is it a new machine or after an OTA update? After choosing to enter, is there any permission not opened

Is it a new machine or after an OTA update? It happend, after the update from the ROM download here in the blackview forum. Bought via AliExpress on mid July 2020

App cache of MyFlir app is cleared @ 1:02

This is caused by a problem within the APK itself. The system is not enabling the app to create "cf.zip" 

Setting "setenforce 0" enables the app to get a small bit further in loading and still crashes. 

Attached are the current logs.

I have the same phone on the same system version. No problem with the app.
Can you share your MyFlir App version and size?

Hi, my flir camera is not working. When I open the app the camera screen is black.
Any idea?

I just bought this phone and pulling my hair out cause there's no instructions on flir , secondly there's no myflir app on my phone, then I find the reason why? Need the instructional booklet to scan which by the way is missing so now what do I do besides smash this phone
I'm in the process of rooting my blackview bv9900 however the latest rom seemingly available on this site is older than my current rom? This will brick the phone unless I'm missing something?

My cell phone has had the same problem since I bought it. This procedure is not working. How can I look for another solution? Because I bought the phone only for this differential.

I did more than 100 times!
Two days I did a factory reset then started to work again but after 2 days it has a faulty again
When I push the app, flir is uploading then the screen is totally black.
I bought this phone in the summer. How long is the warranty?
I sent en email to the service too.
I work with my phone so I need a quick and efficient help please
