Differences between EU and NON-EU version of the phone?

I am in North America,
but want to know if the NON-EU version of the phone will work in Europe.

Europe version use European SIM card; Other areas's SIM Card can not use in Europe.
North America's SIM card can be used in NON-EU version；If used in Europe, it depends on whether your North America's card has roaming service.
