The BV9800 Pro charges incredibly slow. I bought the BV wireless charging pad and when leaving it charging overnight for 8-10 hours it charges barely 10%.
Also when using the charger cable its very very slow, though quicker than the charging pad.
Did I get a faulty machine or can something be done about this?

Hi. Sounds very faulty. Of course it is a huge battery and loading does take more time than with "normal" phones, but yours is veeeery slow. I bought a cheap wireless charging pad but overnight charging does its job.
