New phone, restarting loop

I just updated from my trusty bv6000 to a new bv9500 plus. All seemed  to work fine but after a couple of hours it freezed while opening  with fingerprint and i restarted it. Then while opening the updated chrome to see a youtube video it freezed again so i restarted again and phone entered safe mode  where it seemed to work. Restarted again and got in a restarting loop so i entered recovery mode after looking how to do it and got to the factory reset mode. it seems to erase the extra data but when i reboot it keeps going on that restarting loop. Is there anything i can do? should i talk with the seller? phone has only a couple hours of use :(

I also have restarting loop on A60. Please help us fix this issue. USB to pc, pc doesn't recognize. Same for you?
