After having the BV9500 Plus for a couple of days, unfortunately the charging is taking significant time to charge the battery. It doesn't seem to be able to charge with a higher average than 990 mA, which results in a maximum of 11% per hour. In the advertisement it said it would need 3,5 hours to fill up the entire battery, which would be around 30% an hour. What can I do to resolve this issue?

How about change another cable or adapter?
