could you update BV 9500 plus to android 10 please it has the capability to run on android 10. could you tell me if this is workable.

I own a Blackview 9500 plus for 1 year and so far i'm pretty happy with the phone. Enough at least to recommand a BV phone to my wife.
However I'm a really dejected to learn that you don't plan to provide update for it. And that we should not expect BlackView to reliably provide update for its phones...

For security reason and also to stay up to date, it is necessary to keep our phones updated at least for 2-3 years.

Don't make us go away. Please.

Hello, i bought from you, Blackview Official, a BV9500 Plus Android 9.0. This was less than one year ago.
When will this phone receive Android 10 update ? If no update, this will be my last BV phone !
I already had a P2, a BV6000 and now this 9500Plus but i want support AND update.
Awaiting to read from you.
