Hi I own a BV 9500 since may 2019 and in the last couple of weeks it is taking so long to charge.
When i buy it says that it charges in 3.5hrs but now it will not even fully charge overnight.
I spend long hours away from charging and this is one of the reasons I bought this phone.
What can I do about it.
The phone is not old so I don't expect this to happen

You can use another USB Cable to try.
 Or I think you'd better contact your seller or our after-sales directly.
