BV5900 not Charging

Hello , i have a problem with my BV5900 ,IS NOT charging , i need to Keep the charging wire to a level of 180 degres and strech to charge it ....the problem is on his charging bord form inside of the phone , i just both this 7 mouths ago , the phone is in ok condition ...how do i send my phone to repair ? there is any oficial store on Birmigham [ UK ]area ? i both it form Amazon and only use for some scaning things ...please , i really need the phone and i don t know where to go ...Please Help
