BV5900 has started stuttering on every streaming service

My BV900 has started stuttering whilst streaming on all platforms like Netflix, YouTube etc. I've tried a different internet connection and reducing the picture quality but videos are still unwatchable. Is there something I can do to fix this?

Mines has started doing the exact same. I put it down to the latest software update but even after doing a factory reset my BV5900 still has issues playing Netflix, YouTube etc.

Hello, sorry to make this inconvenience caused to you. After the engineers discussed this issue, we will update a new version but we are not sure when it can ready to update, so please update the latest version back to the original.
