I bought a BV5900 for my kid and we have a parental control app that ran perfectly fine on his old phone.  This app needs the accessibility permission on to function but whenever I reboot the phone that permission switches itself off.
Now, I've turned off battery optimisation, whitelisted Qustodio AND turned off the duraspeed and autoclean - None of those things have stopped the problem.
I've tried the app on another Android 9 phone (Moto E6) and it's fine and it's worked on every other phone I've  tried it on.

Any suggestions?
