I have a BV 9500 pro. In the first slot I have a Verizon sim card with service that supports mobile hotspot feature. This feature works in the phone I received from Verizon but does not work in My BV 9500. In the second sim slot I have a straight talk sim card that runs of ATT towers. I have done a factory reset on phone and all features work except the hotspot. How can I get the hotspot to work in my BV 9500? Thank you!
