System crash and automatic reboot BV9500

Hello all 
all my story starts when I download an APK from the internet, after I tried this aps i choose to de-instal this aps from my phone.
At this moment my phone starts to reboot automatically, not just like that, but when he finally starts to work, if I would try to do some call, the screen turn in off and the phone reboot automatically.
after many tries and reading many topics in this forum, I choose to do a manufacturer reset with Defo mode (many trying, but always I have the same problem in my bv9500).
Finally, some gay write on some BV topic, that the solution is to do a manual flash to the phone, after doing the manipulation my phone in the first time read only 4Go for his memory, and after many trying (I hope that I'm doing the best solution), the phone can read all his memory but when I used for some our all my process application crush and my phone reboot and pass many hours to reboot).

I think that I have something wrong with my software configuration:
1) firstly, have we the possibility to re-instal the android system on the bv phone? android 8.1.0,---> if yes, how I can do't with the effective method please.
2)Secondly, and after re-instal the android system, I need to install the BV version: 
BV_BV9500_V1.0_20190320_20190517-0041
 (this's the last working version I used before putting my foot in my phone).---> if yes, how I can do't with the effective method please.

3) if I have another problem, please who know the solution and can help me ?

Maybe this phone needs a motherboard replacement.
