bv9500 no update since jully 2018

Since i have received my phone from early buy in summer 2018, i have had only one security update and no other update.
I am in France. I check regulary in parameter -> system -> system update and in parameter -> system -> about phone -> update. But no update available.
I saw on the forum there is new version available since last month but my phone do not see this update.
Is that normal? How can i perform the android security update that are regulary available?
