BV9500: The lens refocuses while recording a video

• BV9500: The lens refocuses while recording a video | I use MX Camera, video is unusable. Same behavior in other applications by sunny days. What with this? Samsung users laugh at me that I bought Blackview:-( Any idea to solve, please?

• BV9500: Nonsense framerate 29.606 or 29.423 etc. | Why? I can and set 29.97 = standard framerate. 60 fps (59.94) I do not shoot at all, only 29.xxx. Thank you.
