echo during a call

Sun Sep 15, 2019 11:32 pm

I have a problem when talking on BV 9500. When someone talks to me on the phone, he hears the echo of his voice. I do not hear this echo. How to fix it? I have this problem since I use this phone. Software updates have not changed this. Reverb does not appear when I am talking on a headset or via bluetooth.

Did you turn on the speaker while you are making a phone call?

This problem happens often when my wife calls me using speakerphone on her iPhone.  When she turns off, I hear no more echo on my Blackview.
I've never had anyone on the other end of a conversation tell me this about by BV9500, no echo, as I almost ALWAYS have to use speakerphone or headphones/mic to place calls on the BV9500, as since it was practically new, people are always telling me that my voice is cutting in and out when talking in normal phone mode.  My biggest complaint about the BV9500. It says software is current, but it is quite old and not updated sadly.  I read that there was an active noise cancellation software issue and a fix that the updates took care of, but it seems as if the phone user has to go through great lengths to find and install any updates, as the phone itself checks and tells you that it is up to date, but the software version is actually quite old and out of date,

Hello, sorry to reply you late. BV9500 now can't be updated as scheduled

I have the same problem.
People tell me it's soo bad they have problems understanding me.
I am not using the loudspeaker.
If I use headphones, the problem is not there.

Interestingly only when I use the normal phone.
If I talk to people on whatsapp, the echo doens't seem to be there.
