BV9500 does not start

I bought BV9500 phone in November 2018, this phone no longer works and the reseller (website) by which I bought no longer exists also.

How can I make the warranty ?
[font=-apple-system, Helvetica Neue, Roboto, Segoe UI, Helvetica, sans-serif]the phone is stopped, the battery has heated and since it does not start anymore[/font]
