Bonjour,
J'ai acheté en téléphone BV9500 au mois de Novembre 2018, ce téléphone ne fonctionne plus et le revendeur (site internet) par lequel j'ai acheté n'existe plus également.
Comment puis je faire fonctionner la garantie?
