BV9500 denial of warranty service due

I got BV9500 denial of warranty service from my local store, due to moisture hitting inside, after really light swimming with my BV9500 - no more than a few minutes and no more than 1 meter deep.
The result is the wired charge not working and also fingerprint scanner not working.
Only wireless charging is working.
The store said that moisture is not a warranty case.
But I thought that IP68 means that moisture must not hit inside.
May I ask, if moisture is a warranty case?

Something wrong with the circuit about charging due to [font=-apple-system, Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, sans-serif]moisture. [/font]
You can apply for a warranty from the store if you are under warranty.

Have you manage to fix it under warranty at the end ?
