Hi. I have a BV9500 after the last update the speaker stopped working on. It only works at a low level, and the microphone's silence is activated by itself. is there any way to correct ?? for me it is very important

I also have speaker problems with my BV9500.  They were incredibly loud when I first purchased the phone.  So loud that I believe it caused destruction of one of the speakers very quickly. 
After that, I had to squeeze the back of the phone very firmly in my hands while holding the sides, and the 2nd speaker would come back on.  Now, I get nothing when squeezing it. 
I also have problem with microphones not transmitting my voice on phone calls properly. the phone itself checks for updates and says that it is current, but I think it has always said that, only once shortly after purchasing did it actually find an update.  That has been close to 2 years.  BV9500
