Have a BV9500 that is 11 months old and it just stopped being able to be charged using the wireless pad.  To test it I tried an iPhone 8 and it worked on the pad.  This just started 2 days ago.  Not sure the issue, but it seems like the wireless charging circuit inside the phone is the issue.  Nothing listed in the settings about it.
When you put the phone on the pad, the LED on the pad lights up, then goes out and does not charge.  Also tried another pad and same thing.  Also iPhone charged on both, so its fair to say its not the charging pad.
Do they have a warranty on the phone or am I beat and have to buy another one?

There ist the same Problem with my bv9500.

Since about 3 weeks there is the new problem that the BV9500 doesn´t charge wireless. Charging with cable is no problem. I tried different wireless chargers (original Blackview charger w1 and car charger). After buying the phone in 2019 wireless charging worked without any problems. The charger is working with other phones.
When positioning the phone on the charger there is no reaction any more (constant green light on blackview charger).
By using an app to check the phones qi charge function there is the report that the phone doesn´t support wireless charging.

I had the same problem.
The contacts on the board connected to the Qi antenna were melted by heat.
I soldered it myself and fixed it.

 And the spring inside the contact is broken.

What is the problem? Why do you need to disassemble it, this is inside the motherboard? How does it fuse
