Have a BV9500 that is 11 months old and it just stopped being able to be charged using the wireless pad. To test it I tried an iPhone 8 and it worked on the pad. This just started 2 days ago. Not sure the issue, but it seems like the wireless charging circuit inside the phone is the issue. Nothing listed in the settings about it.
When you put the phone on the pad, the LED on the pad lights up, then goes out and does not charge. Also tried another pad and same thing. Also iPhone charged on both, so its fair to say its not the charging pad.
Do they have a warranty on the phone or am I beat and have to buy another one?
