I bought a BV 9500 a while ago, more than a year ago maybe 2 years. It worked fine till almost 8 months from purchase it stopped charging through USB it will only charge wireless.
The second problem which came a few months later front camera is not working when I switch to it the camera application stops responding. I reset the phone to original specifications still not working.
 
Please advise why and how to fix
