I have a BV9500 Pro, the back camera is not working properly, when i try to take a photo i cant use it, just the frontal camera works, if i use an app like whatsapp or facebook messenger i can see the back camera image in black, it was working fine until now, another problem is that i get a notification of an update to install, i hit installa, and never gets installed, i will wait for your response, thank you.
