Phone frequently shutting down

Hello,

my BV9500, purchased in September, shuts down more and more often. This never happens when the display is turned on, but always when it shuts down for energy saving and ever more often while being turned off. 

At one time a restart was not possible for several minutes, display showing an android symbol and "no command". 

I would be greatful for any help. Thank you.

display showing an android symbol and "no command".   -  That you got into  recovery mode
