BV9600 dead screen data recovery

Sat Mar 07, 2020 7:49 pm

Hello!
I went out with my girlfriend for a day out and we walked for many hours, having fun, etc. didn't taking any care in the phones.
After we came back she told me the screen isn't working and it's turning black (I bought BV9600 for her) but I was too tired to take a look at it then.
When I finally got my hands on the phone, the screen was already pitch black, but the phone was still working, calling was fine, etc. Just no screen and probably no touch.
The device itself still works, it charges ok, there is even plugging sound, it is detected via USB, I can reboot it by holding power button, notification diode reacts, after it turns on, hear a sound by pressing power key.
I have USB OTG cables, even USB-C to HDMI adapter (which Ican't get to work, probably too old phone for that).
Unfortunately, USB Debugging was not enabled - I already checked that.

Because she used this phone and not me, I don't know it good enough to navigate blindly, even after connecting keyboard and mouse via USB HUB.

I think, if I can manage to somehow navigate through the screen, even with making screenshots and retrieving it from the device, I can use the mouse to enable USB debugging and then use some screen capture software.
I'm still searching for how to do it - any ideas?

After putting in SIM card without a PIN, it doesn't connect to the GSM network, even after hard reboot and I have no idea what's on the screen.
Does anyone know what appears on the screen after you turn it on?
The fingerprint lock was enabled with patter unlocking as a secondary - is it required to unlock the phone first?

If I'm able to start it up and enable WiFi or GSM, then we can remotely install software via Google Play store.

Any help is appreciated,thank you!
