I have a new BV9600.

1. Google does not work. When I get to the Google Play download it says "Device is Not compatoble."
2. My Wi-fi keeps dropping out and becoming disabled. My router worked fine with BV5500.
3. SN BV9600EEA001349. Can you also register it for warranty.

Thank you.

I do not understand anything they write, it is really unclear.
They send half instructions. I keep asking for a video of what they want me to do.
I am quite good at technical  if clear instructions are given.
I have been told by Amazon I can send phone back for full refund.
If a clear way of running the Engineers mode and giving you information was on this board ti would make it easier for others.
They wrote to me:
Hello customer, all you have to do is to link the WiFi after opening it. When there is a WiFi problem, go in and close it. The link computer can copy all the MTKLOG to me for analysis.
I replied.

This is video of where I got to.
PLEASE RECORD A VIDEO!!!

I am going to return phone if I do not get clear instructions AND leave VERY BAD FEEDBACK on AMAZON.

Your sales department do not understand what I write. I do not understand what they ask me to do.
Do you have any good English speaking technical support people who can help me?

So sorry for that.
e~~ I also don't know how to fix the issue.
I think you'd better return your phone to Amazon.
