Spotify crashing on BV9600

Hello,
I bough BV9600 recently, (serial number BV9600EEA0005922 , build number BV9600_EEA_S700_V1.0_20190628V3) and the Spotify app seems to crash every time i click the three dots button (to enter song or playlists settings). I've already tried to reinstall the app, clear the cache, the datas and log and unlog from my Spotify account, but nothing seems to work. I've seen on Spotify forums that this could be induced by the phone's ROM and there's nothing to do apart from a constructor update. Could you somehow help me?
