Compass doesn't not working correctly

First: Sorry for my faulty English, but unfortunately that is not my native language.


I’ve bought a BV9600 several weeks ago with Android version 9 with current version. Unfortunately the compass doesn’t work as it should do even after several compass calibrations. Very bad for an outdoor smartphone because I bought the BV9600 for my outdoor activities. When the phone is being rotated the N seems to be fixed on the screen (shoes always the same position on the screen without adjusting the direction indicator). 

Seems to be the same problem as with the BV9500Pro from last year. There was the solution an OTA update. I hope there is also an OTA Update available for the BV9600 ?

Hi.
Go to the dial interface and dial "*#87#" and it can to calibrate the compass.
As the OTA Update, you can check it on "about phone" setting. The latest version is support OTA;
