Unable to use NFC & FreeStyle Libre

As a diabetic patient i use the Freestyle Libre glucose monitoring system. The sensor communicates through NFC and comes with an app for android phones. On my samsung phone it worked like a charm but unfortunately i am not able to get this working with the BV9600. How can i solve this?

Can you offer me a video about how SAMSUNG works? we can analyze it in detail, cause we have never met that before, your video would be very helpful.

I have the same problem with blackview 9700 pro.
sometimes it works like in the video. sometimes not find the sensor. however with nfc tag everything works correctly.

Hello,
I have the same Problem. My BV9800pro is not able top read my glucose values via NFC from freestyle libre Sensors.
Is there any way to solve this issue?

i have An bv 5900 that alsof doesn't work. Can this be fixed with android 10?
