Bv9600 Aliexpress official global store

Hi, I have ordered one Bv9600 on Aliexpress on 26th August, but the parcel isn't arrived yet... On 17track says "last mile country post number" ... But isn't arrived in my country somebody can help me? I'm from Italy thanks

Sorry for the delay, we had 5 days off from 10.1-10.5. 
Did you get your phone now?
