The BV6100 phone fails to see BeiDou and Galileo satellites

Sun Dec 29, 2019 4:16 pm

Hi!
I recently bought a BV6100 phone. But I have problems when I try to use GPS. The phone normally sees navigation satellites (in GPS Test app) only when there is an active Internet connection (I use WiFi). A few hours after that (especially if it disconnects from the Internet), the phone stops seeing BeiDou and/or Galileo satellites. The phone fixes the position, but only sees and uses GPS and Glonass satellites. In order to remedy this, it is necessary to restart the phone (with Internet access). After a while, the problem comes back again.
How can this problem be solved?

GPS  is depen on the Internet connection. One of GPS/Beidou/Glonass/Galileo work, and it can work in normal.
