BV5500 Boot mode Loop

I need help my BV5500 pro will not boot up It goes to a boot mode screen and it won't let me select a mode to boot in to. it just scrolls through the mode endlessly and i have tryed a hard power cycle and it just keeps coming back to the same screen.
