Hi ,all,

I buy a bv5500pro phone  because I break my old samsung. But there is  a big problem for me.  my key customer  use whatsapp excessivekly and it is expected  that I  am ONLINE just everywhere  .
But whatsapp keep randomly disconecting while phone is not used (locked).   After several -about ten minutes when lying  on desk for example, whatsapp connection to the phone is lost .  So there is lost connection to whatsapp web too. So from point of view of my customers I AM UNAVAILABLE . No notoification, no beep, no messages  even on PC. To go back to normal i must manually unlock  the phone and click on whatspp icon. An then, all lost messages  apear...     this behavior is unacceptable

I try to fix it by disabling wifi and leave only a mobile data. I try to fix it by settings  in batery , disabling duraspeed, several factory reset  and uninstall and reinstal lwhatsapp, etzc.,  but no luck.  Any solution ?  I just need ti be available on whatsapp always (and need to be protected by automatic phone lock and pin).

This is a software problem, and you have to make sure that your VPN connection, I have encountered such a problem, if you do not connect WHATSAPP will automatically disconnect, this is not a problem with the phone。

This is a software problem, and you have to make sure that your VPN connection, I have encountered such a problem, if you do not connect WHATSAPP will automatically disconnect, this is not a problem with the phone。

please any explanation I c\an  not use whatsapp reliably on your phone without vpn ? what kind of vpn and how I can get one and setup ?
