BV5500 pro shuts off intermittently without knowledge

Hello Blackview support team,
For your kind information please note that have been purchased this new handset smartphone of Blackview BV5500 pro edition which has problem wrt automatically getting turned off without my personal knowledge.

BV5500Pro_E535_V1.0_20191105V6
Please suggest solution and remedy to resolve this matter.
