Bv5500pro keeps closing app in sleep.

Hi,
I installed a parental control app on my daughters phone but it keeps stopping when the screen switches off or sleeps.
I've noticed that accessibility function that the app needs keeps switching itself off. I've tried disabling all power management for the app, but nothing helps. Is there a way to keep the app running on the background, so that I can keep her safe please?
It's running Android 9

Bonjour,
j'ai eu le meme probleme en installant un GPS et le SAV de Blackview m a aussi repondu evasivement !!
pas tres competent je crois !!
j'ai resolu le probleme en allant dans les PARAMETRES, et MEMORY CLEANUP , j'ai tout devalidé !!
et c'est OK maintenant 
tenez moi au courant

Try Google Family Link, I use this for all my kids' devices, works flawlessly.

This is what happens when the cleanup feature is turned on. Just whitelist this app.
