Good evening everyone

Two days ago I received my brand new 5500Pro and I started setting up for my first use.
I tried to create a backup of the sms database from my old android phone with the SMS Backup & Restore app.
Then I moved on to the restore process in my BV5500 which was completed successfully.
The problem is that when I choose the Messages app back as the default sms viewer the sms list is empty, as if the restored list does not exist.
Any help please?

May be you can try another back-up app.
