BV5500 Pro - software defect

I bought the BV5500 Pro for its apparent robustness, endurance. aiming to use in daily work, I am a Uber partner.

however I am disappointed, the device does not support the simple APP Uber Driver. every time I run it shuts down automatically, it can't stay active.

I've done reinstallation, cache cleanup, data cleanup, Google available updates, hard reset, device formatting and still can't support open Uber APP. need help.

I believe there is some flaw in android 9.0 of the Blackview BV5500 PRO series.
